How is the metal lid attached to the main body?

The top lid is secured to the main body with a heavy-duty rear pin hinge that allows smooth 90-degree flip-top opening.

What are the key differences between the Silver and Dark Gray finishes?

The Silver option features a bright electroplated sheen, while the Dark Gray offers a sleek, modern gunmetal finish with a subtle brushed texture.

Can I fit a full standard soft pack inside without removing the cigarettes?

Yes, measuring 2.36 in. x 3.94 in. x 1.18 in., it is sized to slide a full cardboard or soft pack directly inside.

What is the total cigarette capacity for loose placement?

Loose cigarettes fill the interior space efficiently, accommodating up to 20 King-Size cigarettes comfortably.

Does the metal lid seal well enough to keep out moisture?

The overlapping lid lip fits over the inner container rim, providing strong defense against environmental dampness and rain.

Does the metal lid spring open automatically when unlatched?

Depending on the batch spring setup, the lid pops open slightly upon release or swings open smoothly upon manual thumb lift.

Can a compact lighter fit inside along with cigarettes?

If loading 12–15 loose cigarettes, there is sufficient side space inside the 1.18 in. depth chamber to fit a compact lighter.

Are the edges and corners of the metal case smooth or sharp?

All exterior edges and lid margins are rounded and smoothed down during manufacturing to prevent snagging on clothing pocket linings.

Does the interior feature any dampening lining to reduce noise?

The interior walls are smooth metal; you can leave cigarettes inside their original paper pack inside the case to eliminate rattling noises.

Is this case rust-resistant under humid conditions?

Yes, the protective electroplated coating covers all exterior and interior surfaces to isolate the base metal from ambient moisture.

How heavy does the case feel when fully loaded?

It offers a solid, substantial feel without feeling heavy, weighing approximately 2.8 to 3.5 oz empty.

Does the lid mechanism loosen up over long-term use?

The steel hinge pin and structural latch catch are built for high longevity, preserving snap-tension through thousands of uses.

Can this case be used to carry other small essentials?

Yes, the deep rectangular internal cavity makes it a great protective tin for rolled items, small cables, or travel accessories.
